If you need to return something you purchased due to a quality issue or shipping damage, we need to know, by email or telephone, within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
Please have ready the product description, date received, package tracking number and the nature of the quality issue or damage. We will gladly replace or exchange the item, or refund your money. If necessary, we will arrange the return shipping at no cost to you.
Returns for any other reason are at the customers expense. No refunds will be issued for shipping cost of these returned items. Items not returned in original condition or partial return may not qualify for a full refund.

If an item is returned as a result of an incorrect address provided by you, we can reship the product to the correct address at an additional cost to you. Due to the perishability of our products we are unable to repackage and ship returned items, therefore you will be responsible for the cost of the new product and we will cover the additional shipping charges.
